Mental bruises heal far less quickly then physical pain

As one figures out their own values they cultivate their mentality.

When exercising, you sculpt yourself, chipping away at your old self.

The social world has ways of reminding you about responsibility.

  • One can only relax so much before negative / diminishing returns.

Exposing yourself to the Internet is more dangerous than intended.

  • It offers endless stimulation, leading to quick reactions.

Nothing will fill the void, not even books, drugs, education, family, food, love, money, etc.

  • We all feed this hunger, never stopping until death.
    • We become what we consume. Choose wisely.

There is a spectrum of self-aware behavior in human life.

  • Not everyone is on the same level of personal identity.

Personally, I feel like I’m an animal.

  • I have a clever way of approaching life, but I didn’t earn it.
    • The Internet led to my mental process, so I stand on the shoulders of others.
      • I aim to become someone I would like to know.
