Sorry, but for everyone from my generation, this was the real version.
Why is that? Simple.
This song was featured in DDRMAX2 –DanceDanceRevolution–
An insanely-popular dancing game seen in every damn arcade ever in the early 2000’s.
People from my generation feel nothing but waves of nostalgia for tracks they used to dance to.

The lyrics are sweet. You don’t really pay attention to them when you’re dancing your ass off to keep up with those stupid arrows.

I suppose that’s one benefit to the original. Point given to the classic.

Also, I’d be dumb not to attach the solid rendition that S3RL created with Tamika.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this version becomes the next ‘DDR-type’ nostalgia track once it gets ported to BeatSaber.
Not the same level of popularity (the Internet made giant bubbles of popularity) as the last, but still pretty cool.
