Song of the Day: Have You Ever Seen The Rain?

Today’s song is Have You Ever Seen The Rain? by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

This is equally heartbreaking and sincere.
The mood holds the entire song, becoming somehow uplifting with the theme.
Haunting vocals, beautiful guitar and a steady drum beat.

There’s a calm before the storm. I know, it’s been comin’ for some time.

The lyrics are so much fun to sing. Belting this out as loud as you can is a blast.

When investigated, the lyrics really hold a lot of meaning.
Many question their point, but I prefer the gentle reason that they were salient to the chord progression.

It’s a great song with a soothing sound, and for a 50+ year old song, you can’t go wrong with this one.
