Today’s song is Walkin’ On The Sun by Smash Mouth.

Endless memes aside, this band actually had quite a few hits.
It isn’t their fault that Shrek made a simple song of theirs overplayed.

With this, they had a smooth, summer melody.
Not bad for the year I was born.

The bond is broke up so choke up and focus on the close up.

Psychedelic. Pop-rock. Soul. Such an interesting blend here.

Once again, I’d be stupid to ignore that Neil Cicierega made a rendition of this song.
Making a mashup of this song and Daft Punk was an inspired choice (that kicks ass with how well it works).
