Today’s song is Against All Odds by Phil Collins.

Soft-Rock / Pop.
I’d be an idiot not to feature the brilliant work of Phil Collins.
His songs are fun to listen to while driving/sitting alone.

The bombastic instrumentation of this track is entertaining.
It’s a bit long, but I appreciate the meaning.
There’s a lot of passion/emotion here.

When the hook blares in, the track just morphs into something spectacular.

There is an interesting cover by Mariah Carey.
Really draws more focus to the vocals (and changes the perspective with a lighter voice).

This song also led to one of the funniest british radio parodies of all time.
Seriously, this makes me giggle like an idiot every time I hear it.
