Song of the Day: Mr Saxobeat

Today’s song is Mr Saxobeat by Alexandra Stan.

Eurodance. This genre never fails to get me moving.
Repetitive, but endlessly catchy and fun to bob your head to.

This is from my childhood. I turned 13 when this came out.
I have fond memories of playing video-games with this on in the background (Alt-tab did wonders for multi-tasking).

You’ll find that the electronic hook is a simple charm, but quite effective.

Yeah, the lyrics loop too much. It’s a product of the genre.
The whole focus is to keep it set for dancing all the way through.

As an odd tangent, I can’t listen to a saxophone without thinking of this stupid SNL skit.
