Song of the Day: Synesthesia

Today’s song is Synesthesia by Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.
Synesthesia is a neurological condition in which information meant to stimulate one sense stimulates several.
Imagine hearing colors or touching noise. It acts like that and I find it fascinating.
And I could love you in the falling rain. Grab your things, this is the storm we’re meant to ride.

This one calms me down. The backing piano really digs in and rolls with it.
That synth in the backing to the final quarter makes the whole song for me.
Not a perfect song, but certainly an interesting piece that broke up my usual choices.
