Song of the Day: I’m Alright

Today’s song is I’m Alright by Phil Vassar.
Words can barely express how much I hate country. Most of it. This gets a pass.
Tell them all my future’s looking bright and I miss them, but I’m doing alright.

The inclusion of the piano makes this song work. The improv just makes it fun.
It’s goofy, repeats itself endlessly and carries a country feel that I normally despise, but I can’t help but like it.
Whatever. I’ll be more cynical some other day. Today I’m enjoying this one.
