Song of the Day: I Swear

Today’s song is I Swear by All-4-One.

Turns out that this was a cover of a country song (from John Michael Montgomery).
Never knew that.

I’ll give you everything I can. I’ll build your dreams with these two hands.

This is one of those soothing tracks that might be sappy/goofy at times, but the sentiment is nice.

Of course there is a saxophone solo. It shows up at exactly the right moment.
Yeah, this track screams mid-90’s cheese, but it works well for what it is.

This song will also commonly be attributed to Ryan Reynolds (he sang it for a comedy film back in the mid-2000’s).
