Song of the Day: Every Night

Today’s song is Every Night by Flor.

Alt Pop.
Fast paced, bombastic, and some self-challenging lyrics. A great track.
The drums on display here are exceptional. Each listen really draws more attention to how good they are.

But I’m not gonna listen to your lies that keep me face down on the floor.

The speed is a major part of the ‘pressure’ theme, and it either works for you or it doesn’t. Your call.

Flor’s sound has been growing a bit more rapid recently.
Their previous albums held a more ‘mellow’ tone, and this (their third album) pivots toward distinct speed.
If there is one thing I can immediately notice, the drum focus is clear-cut for just about every song in their third collected release.
