Song of the Day: Once More For The Ocean

Today’s song is Once More For The Ocean by Slothrust.

Indie Rock.
Such a cool track. When the drums and guitar sync in time with the lyrics it becomes phenomenal.
As it continues the song becomes more confident with the lyrics and it shifts into a killer anthem.

I’m staring at the sun tripping into the void.
I don’t mind it down here. Nothing left to avoid.

The drums on display here are excellent, leading perfectly toward a great guitar solo conclusion.

There is a punchy tone that shines through it all.
When the track slows down just to build right back up it all stacks beautifully.
The effect is strong and I really dig the sound.
