This past week has crippled me emotionally, considering that not much happened. Mainly only a few days of work and two off days. Recently I discovered a nice recipe for my morning coffee and the effect has been wonderful. Funny how nobody cares when we ingest large amounts of caffeine, but substitute with any other drugs and everyone loses their minds. Ranting about the drug debate is a topic for another day, so I’ll drop the issue. The casual setting of my apartment has been lovely, and I’m about to make my weekly trip to the grocery to pick up some extra supplies. These supplies consist of toilet paper and some frozen meals. I received my paycheck recently, though most of it’s reserved for bills, debts, and groceries. In fact, all of it is.

It’s been a fair amount of time since my last update, and I’d like to apologize for that. The clock is constantly ticking, but I have little regard for it now. What is two weeks when you have roughly forty plus years left? I’m tired of trying to support a consistent schedule, however appearing “professional” requires a normal posting plan. This has only caused me stress involving building a backlog of content, and I’m sick of it. Who cares when I make an update? You’re lucky that I’m even posting in the first place.

I’m not trying to come off as a jerk. This week all I’ve truly done is work and become more upset with a few subjects. I watched Moana and the two new Dave Chappelle specials. I seriously don’t believe that an update was warranted, so I didn’t post. Sorry to disappoint, but that’s the basics of the situation.

Other than that, my week has been fairly standard. I’m doing a horrible job at maintaining my body fat percentage, as I’ve begun to eat far too much junk food. I promised myself that I would improve my body and diet, and while my usual exercises have gone okay, I will begin work with my diet following my next grocery visit. I’m going to completely cut sugar from my diet, aside from that found in fruits and peanut butter. I’m even going to stop putting creamer in my coffee. While a bold move, I really need to cut back or I’m going to face a serious risk of developing diabetes, which runs in my family.

I plan on maintaining this trend for a minimum of a month, and then moving on from there. This diet will certainly benefit my body (as well as my teeth), as the only source of liquid will be from water and the occasional black coffee. I also will improve the nutrients gained from my typical meals. Mainly this is in the form of more vegetables and less toaster oven pizzas.

I’m off of work today. I’m planning on using the time to clean my room, do laundry, and possibly get started on a few projects that I’ve fallen behind on. So far, the progress has been painfully slow, but the additional possibility for my growth is quite exciting. I’m going to build up a backlog of content for the rest of my work week and allow myself a break from the constant extra work. Here’s hoping things work out.
